Art Project Description
This towering 60-foot sculptural time capsule — inspired by a 12-inch maquette — is a permanent public installation and archival hub. Built with climate-controlled preservation systems and interactive layers of physical and digital storage, it invites the community to contribute and reflect. The structure honors memory and progress, acting as a monument and museum in one.
